• New Teacher Induction (Bucks County Districts)

    New Teacher Induction is an annual 1-day workshop designed primarily for new teachers in Bucks County.  However, this induction program is opened to all new teachers in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

    The 1-day program is usually scheduled in late August and is listed on the BCIU website under the Professional Learning Catalog in Coursewhere.

    Please be aware that you MUST get approval from your supervisor before you register.

    Audience:  New Teachers, New Experienced Teachers in New Positions

    PLEASE NOTE: The BCIU's One-Day New Teacher Induction program is not designed as a stand-alone induction program (as defined by PDE for Level II Certification). Rather, this day is developed in collaboration with Bucks County School Districts in support of their PDE-approved Induction program. Teachers must have their school district's permission to attend this one-day program.
