Many news outlets host a huge amount of digital video on their websites. These tools can be used across all of the content areas, not only for current events but to teach skills, such as persuasion, perspective, editorials, etc.

Thinkfinity houses 55,000+ resources. These include three different types of resources: Lesson Plans, Partner-Reviewed Web Links, and Learning objects.

How do you use this tools to locate video? When conducting a search, under the drop-down for Resource type, select "Media."
You Tube and Teacher Tube
Are these 2 resources blocked in your school? If so, you can use Conversion Tools to download the video and save it to your computer.
Zamzar-
Select the tab "Download video"
Copy and paste the URL
Select your file format (.wmv if using a PC, .mov if using a MAC)
Enter in your email address
Let the video upload
It will be delivered to your email once it has been downloaded
