Tuition Reimbursement
Steps to follow:
Enroll for class at the college or university
Go to website: http://www.mylearningplan.com/ & log in
Pin & Password: (they are the same unless you change them): your first initial, your last initial, the last 6 digits of your SS # - Any problems with log in contact Cindy DeHaven x 1341
Click on Tuition Reimbursement Form & submit information
The request will go around for approval to your supervisor, department head & HR. Keep an eye open it to see if it is approved or denied
Finally, submit your Official, sealed transcripts to Human Resources showing your grade for the course.
When you will get the reimbursement?
Each reimbursement must go through an IU Board meeting for approval. You can expect an approximate 2 month turn around for the reimbursement once transcripts are received in Human Resources due to submission schedule for Board meetings.
