Right to Know/Public Information

In accordance with Act 3 of 2008 (also known as the Open Records Amendment to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law) and the Bucks County Schools Intermediate Unit #22 Board Policy #6160, the Intermediate Unit has designated an Open Records Officer to insure that the public has the right to access and procure copies of public records.
