Contacting Early Childhood Services Parents/Guardians can contact Early Childhood Services by following the parent online referral link below or by calling 1-800-770-4822, extension 1716. Educators, physicians and others serving young children and their families can also refer children by calling or submitting a referral online, using one of the referral links below. If you have screening or other information...
If you conducted a developmental screening of the child, it can be emailed to Wendy Adams or faxed to 267-897-9220. In your message, let us know that the child was previously referred online or by phone. The Early Childhood Services team may be able to use the screening information to determine, with the family, whether an evaluation is needed.
