The Financial Services Department coordinates the budget development process and manages the accounting operations for the Intermediate Unit. It is the responsibility of this department to prepare all official financial reports of the Intermediate Unit including, but not limited to, monthly Board of Directors reports, year-end financial reports and Pennsylvania Department of Education program reports. This department provides information required for the completion of local, state and federal audits, manages cash flow, invests available cash, and maintains/retains all financial records.
All Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable matters are handled directly through this department.
