I graduated from Kutztown State College in 1974 with a B.S.Ed. with dual certification in Special Education - Mentally and Physically Handicapped and Elementary Education. I received a Master's Equivalency Degree from PA in 1990. I have been an I.U. teacher in the Multiple Disabilities Support program since 1974, starting as an itinerant teacher to medically fragile students in their home. Since 1976 I have been a classroom teacher in Detweiler School (CB), WillowDale, Sellersville and Dr. Patricia Guth Elementary School in Pennridge District. Since September 2008 I have been an Instructional Support Teacher. Drawing from many years of experience, I provide instructional, technical and clerical assistance to teachers of MDS students in Upper Bucks County. I enjoy seeing students and staff I have worked with in the past during my travels.
