This classroom is a Multiple Disabilities class.  The six students here range in age from 6-21 and are also medically fragile individuals.  It is unique in that it is a one room class within the pediatric medical residential facility.  Besides myself as the teacher there is one Instructional Assistant.  Therapists from the I.U. also come in at various times to work with my students.  The classroom is run with a set schedule with morning meeting,  music time,  group activities, and other activities like a MDS class in a public school building.  Students work on individuals goals pertaining to their IEP goals.  They participate in various stimulating activities on a daily basis and are specialty days during our school year.  Please don't hesitate to come for a visit to see us at anytime.  Give a call, we'll welcome you with open arms.
